Music is an art form that exists in diverse manifestations across the globe, each with its own unique characteristics and cultural significance. With numerous genres, a wide array of instruments, and a rich tapestry of diversity, music is a boundless realm waiting to be discovered. This year, KARW's theme offers you an opportunity to showcase your creative talents in the realm of music and to unveil your personal interpretation of this artistic expression.

• Ease of transitions and presence of band on stage

• Connection and interaction with audience while performing

• Level of creativity in the whole performance.

Guidelines

• Each college is allowed to register only one band for the competition.

• Each band must consist of a minimum of 5 members and can have a maximum of 10 members. Additionally, a maximum of 5 backstage members are permitted. This means that the total number of individuals associated with the band, including both onstage and backstage members, should not exceed 15.

• The allotted performance duration for each band will be 12 minutes, which includes the actual performance time on stage, as well as 3 minutes for sound check and setup. 

• Each band is obligated to perform a fusion of at least three songs.

• Fusion of different musical genres is encouraged. Rap can also be included.

• Drum kit will be provided by the host college. All other required instruments are to be brought by the band itself.

• Background video of HD quality (min 720p) in mp4 format can also beincluded to play on the stage background screen while performing.

• On registration, each team is required to send a screening video and 5 teams from total registration will be selected for the final competition.

• The screening video can also be a previous performance or any pre-shot videos also of the band.
